Meet Your Nutrition Counselors & Staff

BROOKE ZIGLINSKI,
Nutrition Counselor

Brooke is a UW Oshkosh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness. While in school, she earned her certification in Consumer Wellness Advocacy (CWA). Having worked in the past as a personal trainer, a pattern kept arising with her clients. They were expecting exercise to provide them with their weight loss goals, without changing their lifestyle. She made the decision to focus more on nutrition. She loves helping clients meet their individual goals, and through proper nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle, their goals are more easily attained!  She loves to continue learning from different experiences, and she hopes that she can help everyone she gets the opportunity to work with! In her free time, Brooke is a Group Fitness Instructor at Reveal Fitness in Appleton. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and she loves to be outside (especially in the summer)! Brooke is also a huge football fan (GO PACKERS)!

Her passion in life is to share her lessons learned with others to raise awareness on how we can improve our diet and lifestyle to better our lives. Christine has a strong interest in Nutrigenetics/Nutrigenomics, and enjoys learning every detail available on nutrition and the body. She practices a holistic lifestyle and has witnessed in her own life the changes and preventative benefits of healthy eating and supplementation.

With an energy and appreciation for life, connections, and happiness- Christine enjoys each new experience. She has long enjoyed motorcycling, exercising (was a high school powerlifter), volunteering, and trying new things– from yoga to skydiving.
