Brooke is a UW Oshkosh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness. While in school, she earned her certification in Consumer Wellness Advocacy (CWA). Having worked in the past as a personal trainer, a pattern kept arising with her clients. She loves helping clients meet their individual goals, and through proper nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle, their goals are more easily attained!  She loves to continue learning from different experiences, and she hopes that she can help everyone she gets the opportunity to work with! In her free time, Brooke is a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador and avid networker in our community.
