Office Manager & Director of Corporate Employee Wellness
Brooke is a UW Oshkosh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness. While in school, she earned her certification in Consumer Wellness Advocacy (CWA). Having worked in the past as a personal trainer, a pattern kept arising with her clients. They were expecting exercise to provide them with their weight loss goals, without changing their lifestyle. She made the decision to focus more on nutrition. She loves helping clients meet their individual goals, and through proper nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle, their goals are more easily attained! She loves to continue learning from different experiences, and she hopes that she can help everyone she gets the opportunity to work with! In her free time, Brooke is a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador and avid networker in our community. She is also the president of her local HBBA group. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, and she loves to be outside (especially in the summer)! Brooke is also a huge football fan (GO PACKERS)!
