If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the appointment time.
If the health care provider cancels an appointment, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and the appointment will be rescheduled.
No returns are accepted for any opened products.
Within 10 days of purchase, unopened supplements may be returned to Nutri-Dyn directly if unhappy with the product.
If an item is purchased in the office, and is returned unopened and free of damage, the client’s account will be credited with the balance; there are no cash refunds on any products purchased.
No returns are accepted for probiotics, medical foods, or any product requiring refrigeration. No exceptions.
All returns are up to the sellers discretion.
