Come see what #NHapproved snacks and meals Chef Shelly and the Nutritional Healing team can teach you to make in preparation for the biggest food holiday of the year -Thanksgiving!

Our Cooking Workshop is $50 and open to the general public. All Gold Elite VIP Members may attend for FREE!

Menu:

  • Wild Rice, Mushroom & Leek Dressing (GF and a great alternative to ‘gut bomb’ heavy bread dressing with plenty of fiber and autumn flavors)
  • Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower with “Cheeze” Sauce (you’ll never believe what ingredients make the base of this silky sauce that goes on veggies, pasta or scrambled eggs)
  • Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Homemade Apple Butter & Crunchy Nut Streusel (This can be a perfect dessert for those who want to skip the fatty pie crust or even be offered as the sweet potato side that we can be thankful skips the marshmallows and cups of sugar!)

Call 920-358-5764 or email frontdesk@nutritionalhealingllc.com to reserve your spot today!
