  • Not Your Aunt’s Asian Cabbage & Ramen Salad –A popular potluck salad that has so much going for it and yet so many people have taken it to the dark side. You will love this bright & fresh crunchy version so much, you’ll never miss the cup of sugar in the dressing!!
  • Healthy Baked Beans with Smokey Crumbled Tempeh—Skip the bucket of brown sugar and greasy fried hamburger most poor baked beans end up with.  These are loaded with protein and fiber and tasty enough to bring to any potluck.
  • Basic BBQ Sauce—Learn how to make a versatile red sauce that doesn’t require a chemistry lab kit or fill you up with sugar!
  • Melon Granita—Take advantage of sweet summer melons and make this super simple icy treat that will refresh as a beverage or a simple dessert.

Come see what #NHapproved BBQ, Grilling & Picnic foods and condiments the Nutritional Healing team and Chef Shelly come up with for our attendees!
