CREAMY GREEN PASTA
🌱3 T Olive Oil in pan
*COOK UNTIL TRANSLUCENT*
🌱1 Diced Onion
🌱3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
*ADD BOTH UNTIL FRAGRANT*
🌱2 C Chicken Stock
🌱2 C Peas (could also use asparagus here)
🌱1 C Pasta Shells (we like Banza pasta)
🌱Big Pinch Salt & Pepper
*ADD, STIR, BOIL & COOK 15 MIN OR UNTIL 80% OF MOISTURE IS EVAPORATED*
🌱Add a Big Squeeze of Lemon
🌱1/2 C Crumbled Parmesan
*ADD CHEESE AND STIR UNTIL SILKY GLOSSY TEXTURE*
🌱Spinach can be added once done, if desired
🌱ENJOY
