Brooke is a UW Oshkosh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise, Fitness, and Wellness. While in school, she also earned her certification in Consumer Wellness Advocacy (CWA). Having worked as a personal trainer in the past, she noticed a pattern kept arising with her clients: they were expecting exercise to provide them with their weight loss goals, without even considering their lifestyle and dietary habits. With that, Brooke made the decision to focus more on nutrition and functional medicine. She loves helping individuals reach their health goals by getting to the root cause of illness, disease, and inflammation, all while building a healthy diet and lifestyle that is maintainable for years to come. In her free time, Brooke is a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador and avid networker in our community. She enjoys spending time outside of work with family and friends, most importantly her husband, baby boy, and their dog, Bella. She loves being outdoors and finds great joy in going up north to her family’s cabin! Lastly, we can’t forget to mention, Brooke is a HUGE football fan (GO PACK GO)!
