Navy Bean Dip:
2 cans Navy Beans, canned, undrained
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
3 TBS Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 large Jalapeno Pepper, minced finely
Navy beans contain salt so add only if needed
Directions:
1. Using a blender, blend navy beans on high speed until smooth and creamy.
2. Add garlic, black pepper, cilantro, jalapeño pepper to the blended navy beans and blend again until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Serve with cut up veggies or dehydrated veggie chips
