Ingredients:
16 Roma tomatoes
1 yellow onion
3 jalapeños
1 T minced garlic
1 bunch of cilantro
1/2 T salt
Instructions:
Cut tomatoes in half, place in sheet cut side up.
Cut onion in big chunks.
Cut jalapeño in half- no ribs/seeds.
Place all on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Put into oven at 350 degrees until jalapeños are somewhat “charted” and remove onions and peppers.
Keep cooking tomatoes for 1-1.5 hours.
Once everything is cooked let it cool for a while.
Put ingredients into food processor along with cilantro, salt and garlic.
