Cilantro Lime Chicken Pasta
1 pack edamame and mung bean fettuccine
1 zucchini, chopped
1 bunch asparagus, chopped
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 jalapeño, seed removed, chopped
2 limes, juiced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 t minced garlic
1 t cumin
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t crushed red pepper
1 T olive oil
1 T coconut oil

Cilantro and avocado for garnish
Bake chicken in the oven, let cool a bit, shred and set aside. Cook and drain your noodles and set aside
In a large skillet, put all your ingredients in and cook to your liking.
Serve it with cilantro and avocado for garnish
