1 can chickpeas
¼ c almond butter
5 pitted dates
½ cup milk (or milk alternative)
1 dropper of English Toffee Liquid Stevia
¼ t cinnamon
¼ c unsweetened coco powder
1 t vanilla
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Add to a food processor and blend until it is smooth. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it all looks mixed and smooth like a hummus spread would be. Scrape the sides to make sure everything gets mixed in. Taste and see if it needs anything extra.
Serve with kohlrabi for a crunchy snack for dipping. Otherwise serve with apples or top with fresh berries!
