Kim became friends with Shane Griesbach during Restaurant Week, and we decided to meet and realized that Breadsmith has #NHApproved items at their two locations in the Fox Cities! Shane taught us that their gluten free breads are made with brown rice & oat flours. They accept call ahead orders and when Kerry and Megan stopped in the Darboy location, the workers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very encouraging with customers requesting the bread they want saved for the next day. Breadsmith is also great because any unsold breads are donated to St. Joe’s Food Pantry.
