Key symptoms of Lyme Disease: Fatigue: Persistent fatigue that interferes with daily activities and doesn’t improve with rest. Joint Pain: Joint pain and swelling, especially in large joints like the knees. Headaches: Recurrent headaches, sometimes accompanied by neck stiffness. Fever and Chills: Fever and chills, particularly if they occur without any other apparent cause. Muscle Aches: Muscle aches and stiffness, often described as flu-like symptoms. Rash: The classic “bullseye” rash (erythema migrans) at the site of the tick bite, although not everyone with Lyme disease develops this rash. Neurological Symptoms: Cognitive difficulties, such as memory problems or difficulty concentrating, as well as tingling or numbness in the extremities. Heart Palpitations: Irregular heartbeat or palpitations.
