Brooke is a UW Oshkosh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise, Fitness, and Wellness. While in school, she also earned her certification in Consumer Wellness Advocacy (CWA). Having worked as a personal trainer in the past, she noticed a pattern kept arising with her clients: they were expecting exercise to provide them with their weight loss and health goals, without even considering their lifestyle and dietary habits. With that, Brooke made the decision to focus more on nutrition and functional medicine. She loves helping individuals reach their health goals by getting to the root cause of illness, disease, and inflammation, all while building a healthy diet and lifestyle that is maintainable for years to come.
Brooke has been a Fox Cities Chamber Ambassador since 2017 and is an avid networker and volunteer in our community. Her accomplishments include:
– 2012 Certificate of Recognition – University of Wisconsin System
– 2014 Award for Volunteerism – University of Wisconsin System
– 2018 Ambassador of the Month – Fox Cities Chamber
– 2019 Ambassador of the Quarter – Fox Cities Chamber
– 2020 Future 15 Young Professional Award – Fox Cities Chamber & Pulse Young Professional Network
– 2023 Young Professional of the Year – Fox Cities Chamber & Pulse Young Professional Network
In her free time, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends – most importantly her husband, baby boy, and their dog, Bella. She loves being outdoors and finds great joy in going up north to her family’s cabin! Lastly, we can’t forget to mention, Brooke is a HUGE football fan (GO PACK GO)!

Savanna is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion & Wellness. She was driven to this path because she wanted to be able to help everyone through all walks of life and health experiences, find the best versions of themselves. Getting to watch and help them achieve that goal is something she has always strived to be a part of and assist with. A big focus during her schooling was looking at all dimensions of wellness that are within a single person, and determining how all those dimensions play a bigger role in their health, well-being, and quality of life. She believes that empowering people to make sustainable lifestyle changes can lead them to lasting results.
In her free time, Savanna enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family. She also loves reading, trying out new coffee shops, and spending time outdoors playing with her two dogs Clyde and Dale.
