Avocado Pasta Recipe
Cook your pasta of choice (we love Banza chickpea pasta or bean/lentil pastas).
Sauce:
1 avocado
2-3 garlic cloves
1 lemon, juiced
2 cups basil
1/3 cup olive oil
Blend everything in a food processor until smooth, adding water up to 1 cup to thin out sauce to your preference (use reserved pasta water).
Top with pepper, red chilies, etc.
