Black Bean Brownies

BLACK BEAN BROWNIES

1 ( 15 oz.) can black beans ( rinsed good and drained )

 

3 extra large eggs

 

3 Tablespoons apple sauce

 

5 Tablespoons cocoa powder

 

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

 

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

 

1 pinch of salt

 

1 tsp. vanilla

 

1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons of Stevia

 

Directions:

 

Put the beans and applesauce in a food processor or blender until

pureed.

 

In a bowl mix together, cocoa, stevia, baking soda, baking powder,

salt. Add eggs and bean mixture until well blended.

 

Nuts can be added if desired.

 

Pour into a  8″ X 8″ greased baking pan.

 

Bake 350 for 30 min. or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

 

Let cool completely before cutting.
