¾-1 c olive oil
¼ balsamic vinegar
1 t powdered stevia
1 t salt
1 t herbs of provence
¼ t pepper
1 ½ pints fresh blueberries (or strawberry/ raspberry – have fun with it!)
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until it is to a smooth consistency you will like.
Tastes great on top of a kale/spinach/basil mixed salad!
(This may thicken up in the fridge, just stir it up and heat it in the microwave a few seconds and it’s good as new)
