Cilantro Lime Pasta

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ”น9 oz brown rice pasta, dry (we used Jovial 100% Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Egg Tagliatelle Pasta)
๐Ÿ”น1/2 cup avocado oil
๐Ÿ”น1 Tbsp chilli power
๐Ÿ”น1 cup cilantro, fresh
๐Ÿ”น6 cloves garlic
๐Ÿ”น1 small shallot
๐Ÿ”น4 Tbsp lime juice
๐Ÿ”น2 Tbsp Bragg liquid aminos
๐Ÿ”น2 tsp curry powder
๐Ÿ”น1/4 tsp powdered stevia

Directions:

๐Ÿ”นCook the brown rice noodles. Drain and set aside.
๐Ÿ”นWarm up your avocado oil in a pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat until the oil starts bubbling.
๐Ÿ”นMeasure out all other ingredients to make the sauce and put into a large heat-safe bowl.
๐Ÿ”นAdd the spice sauce mixture into the pan with oil and stir. Mix in your pasta.
๐Ÿ”นTop with protein of choice and enjoy!
