Ingredients:
9 oz brown rice pasta, dry (we used Jovial 100% Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Egg Tagliatelle Pasta)
1/2 cup avocado oil
1 Tbsp chilli power
1 cup cilantro, fresh
6 cloves garlic
1 small shallot
4 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp Bragg liquid aminos
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp powdered stevia
Directions:
Cook the brown rice noodles. Drain and set aside.
Warm up your avocado oil in a pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat until the oil starts bubbling.
Measure out all other ingredients to make the sauce and put into a large heat-safe bowl.
Add the spice sauce mixture into the pan with oil and stir. Mix in your pasta.
Top with protein of choice and enjoy!
