Ingredients:
🔹9 oz brown rice pasta, dry (we used Jovial 100% Organic Gluten-Free Brown Rice Egg Tagliatelle Pasta)
🔹1/2 cup avocado oil
🔹1 Tbsp chilli power
🔹1 cup cilantro, fresh
🔹6 cloves garlic
🔹1 small shallot
🔹4 Tbsp lime juice
🔹2 Tbsp Bragg liquid aminos
🔹2 tsp curry powder
🔹1/4 tsp powdered stevia
Directions:
🔹Cook the brown rice noodles. Drain and set aside.
🔹Warm up your avocado oil in a pan on the stovetop on medium-high heat until the oil starts bubbling.
🔹Measure out all other ingredients to make the sauce and put into a large heat-safe bowl.
🔹Add the spice sauce mixture into the pan with oil and stir. Mix in your pasta.
🔹Top with protein of choice and enjoy!
