CREAMY GREEN PASTA
3 T Olive Oil in pan
*COOK UNTIL TRANSLUCENT*
1 Diced Onion
3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
*ADD BOTH UNTIL FRAGRANT*
2 C Chicken Stock
2 C Peas (could also use asparagus here)
1 C Pasta Shells (we like Banza pasta)
Big Pinch Salt & Pepper
*ADD, STIR, BOIL & COOK 15 MIN OR UNTIL 80% OF MOISTURE IS EVAPORATED*
Add a Big Squeeze of Lemon
1/2 C Crumbled Parmesan
*ADD CHEESE AND STIR UNTIL SILKY GLOSSY TEXTURE*
Spinach can be added once done, if desired
