Today calls for soup! Whatever kind you choose, you’ll want to add ‘Egg Drop Soup’ to your menu plan for something new for your taste buds!
Ingredients:
8 cups (32 oz.) Chicken broth
4 tbsp Tapioca starch
1/2 Cup water
1 tsp Pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
4 Eggs
2 tbsp Water
Directions:
Boil Broth
Mix in tapioca starch until thickened
Season with salt & pepper
Reduce heat to low
Mix egg & water to “scramble”
Slowly drizzle egg into broth
Cook a few minutes and continue to season to taste
Enjoy!
* Can add ground ginger, onion powder, or chives to taste if desired *
