If you have a family/friend get together that you need to make a dessert for, are someone who brings treats to the office, or have been wanting a healthier alternative as a dessert at home for the family, something simple and easy to look forward to are these three ingredient flourless brownies!
Ingredients
🔸3 bananas (the darker the sweeter so please pick with a lot of brown spots)
🔸1/2 cup cacao or cocoa
🔸1 cup peanut butter (make a nice runnier consistency by thoroughly mixing it with the oils that separated)
🔸Splash of vanilla & SweetLeaf Stevia sweetener is fully optional but if you like them quite sweet this is your way to go. Otherwise, the natural sweetness from the bananas is enough.
Frosting (optional)
🔸1 cup vanilla yogurt of choice (we used the ‘Two Good’ brand)
🔸1/3 cup peanut butter
🔸Chocolate chips to sprinkle across the top (we used ‘Sweet Luv’ brand chocolate chips)
INSTRUCTIONS
🔸Combine all the ingredients and bake in a lined or greased baking dish at 350F for 25 min.
🔸Let brownies cool off fully before frosting
🔸Add frosting and sprinkle chocolate chips on top and enjoy!
