Earlier this week, we used a good amount of orange zest in our cooking class, leaving us with a large family of organic oranges, but no recipe-home for them
One of our goals is to ensure nothing goes to waste!
So we made homemade orange ice cream with our cooking class leftovers.
Peel and split oranges
Freeze orange pieces
Blend oranges in a food processor with coconut milk and sweetener of choice (we recommend stevia)
