Salad Ingredients:
๐ธ1 lb cooked shrimp (or chicken)
๐ธ1 cup carrots
๐ธ1/4 cup cilantro
๐ธ1 garlic clove, large
๐ธ1 cup red bell pepper
๐ธ1 head romaine lettuce
๐ธ1 cup snow peas
๐ธ1/2 cup quinoa or rice
๐ธ2 cups cabbage mix
๐ธ1/2 cup almonds
Dressing Ingredients:
๐ธ1 dropper of SweetLeaf liquid stevia
๐ธ2 tsp creamy peanut butter
๐ธ3 tsp Bragg liquid aminos
๐ธ1 tsp salt
๐ธ2 tbsp rice vinegar
๐ธ2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients of the dressing. Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and drizzle the dressing over the top. Stir everything together until it’s well covered. Enjoy!
