Salad Ingredients:
1 lb cooked shrimp (or chicken)
1 cup carrots
1/4 cup cilantro
1 garlic clove, large
1 cup red bell pepper
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup snow peas
1/2 cup quinoa or rice
2 cups cabbage mix
1/2 cup almonds
Dressing Ingredients:
1 dropper of SweetLeaf liquid stevia
2 tsp creamy peanut butter
3 tsp Bragg liquid aminos
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients of the dressing. Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and drizzle the dressing over the top. Stir everything together until itโs well covered. Enjoy!
