Are you concerned about the health of your immune system? The COVID-19 crisis definitely has changed the way we look at health. We are in the dawn of a new reality of how we achieve health since this won’t be our last pandemic. As we navigate a new normal way of life, it is important now more than ever to be proactive with your health.
We have a tremendous opportunity to help ourselves that is not dependent solely on social distancing, wearing a mask, and handwashing/sanitizing.
You can’t control the virus, but you can control the host!
Our immune system’s resilience is heavily dependent on the age of experiences that we have subjected it to. Areas that directly impact our immune systems include quality foods, avoiding chronic stress, exercising daily, consistent good sleep, and quality supplements.
All of these proactive lifestyle habits are important if any virus or illness should come our way. Studies have shown that those who have done the worst when infected carry comorbidities or the simultaneous presence of two chronic diseases or conditions. The top diseases being obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. The body is a system and these inflammatory conditions are a warning for ourselves to know that we already have a compromised immune system. The risk of death is almost three times higher if you are obese,10 times higher if you have heart disease, and 7 times higher if you have diabetes. Autoimmune disorders also need to heed major caution. Now more than ever we have to understand the role that nutrition plays on our immune systems and susceptibility to disease.
There are both harmful, immune-suppressing foods and there are protective foods. When foods harm the body, they harm the gut. This is a problem because 60% of our immune system is right underneath the layer of your intestinal lining. Food sensitivity testing allows you to be empowered with science-based nutrition and personalized answers (finally) after struggling with common health issues for years.
Comprehensive vitamin + mineral testing can also be helpful because this measures the status of over 30 micronutrient/antioxidant levels in the body and quantifies one’s immune function! Millions and millions of reactions that occur every minute in our cells depend on the availability of vitamins + minerals to keep our systems functioning optimally. Subtle deficiencies contribute to cellular dysfunction and weakened immune systems.
If you concerned about your immune system’s strength due to an underlying condition or disease, it’s not too late to reverse these chronic diseases to strengthen your immune system through personalized testing and nutrition guidance!
Attendees will be able to leave the seminar that evening with test kits in hand, and be ready to take their lives back the very next day! (Note: If you have a friend, family member, or spouse whom you want to learn why you’re interested in our services, please bring them with that evening!)
Call: 920-358-5764 or email: frontdesk@nutritionalhealingllc.com to reserve your spot. Seating is limited as this will be a social distancing-friendly event! We hope you can join us 🙂
